Birthday Dinner
Today was actually a really productive day; I got some cleaning done, answered some emails, and got fitted for my custom orthotics. I also even got in a short nap which was awesome! Today for lunch I had some leftovers and my cucumbers and carrots to get my in some of my veggies for the day.
Mid-morning I had a new Chobani yogurt- almond coco loco. It was pretty tasty, coconut and almond and chocolate bits! The one thing I’m not a fan of is the fact that it’s not quite as creamy as the normal Chobani yogurts. I liked how there were separate sections so that the almonds and chocolate chips stayed crunchy.
Tonight for dinner a group of girlfriends went out for Chinese for our friend Becky’s birthday. It was a blast to celebrate with these ladies and as always, great to catch up. Of course I forgot to bring my camera to show you the lovely food choices we had…doh!
I didn’t reach my fruit and vegetable goal today, I had about 4 servings so just shy of my goal of 5 minimum. Dinner tonight definitely lacked veggies though there were a few pieces. Tomorrow I will be working on that!

It was pretty tasty! I haven’t seen it in stores yet but I might have to buy it when it comes out.
hmmm, I woke up really really late. So what i’ve had today is:
BREKAFAST (pick and mix/raw food style kind of):
-carrot
-half cellery stick
-bit of hommous and philadelphia
-some raw broccoli
-some seeds and nuts
-small apple
-small kiwi
LUNCH:
-shrimp
-green beans
-nuts and sultanas
So i’ve almost had my 5!! I’ve eaten healthy anyhow
